Meet Our Director

With nearly 14 years of experience in senior living, Brandi Sharp brings a strong operational background and a passion for creating supportive, resident-focused communities. As Executive Director, she oversees daily operations while leading teams, supporting residents and families, and ensuring a high standard of care throughout the community.

Brandi’s journey in senior living began as a caregiver and medication technician, giving her firsthand insight into resident needs. She later advanced through leadership roles including Memory Care Director and Assistant Executive Director, building expertise in care, team development, and community operations.

Her leadership is built on compassion, collaboration, and open communication. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Licensed Assisted Living Facility Administrator, Brandi is committed to fostering an environment where residents feel valued, engaged, and truly at home.
